Flawlessly transfers approved prices / formulas into appropriate systems
Ensures prices are communicated on a timely basis to customers and Sales (where not automated through the pricing system or alternative notification process)
Performs pricing checks
Investigate and resolve pricing issues / errors
Executes price corrections and provisional / final pricing where / when needed (including related SAP transactions)
Resolves customer price queries through feedback to CS and involves TAs and Sales where applicable
Monitors interfaces between pricing system and other systems (mainly SAP); upload and download of data; matching where applicable
Maintains access control of pricing system (user profiles, users) as applicable*
Maintains pricing system according to global standards and in consultation with TAs / AP WF&A Pricing Manager as applicable
Provides system expertise to TAs and power users (pricing system / SAP)*
Executes controls as defined in Controls Catalogues and ensures compliance with Corporate Separateness
